Hyper IT TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By "Opting In" to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Hyper IT you accept these Terms & Conditions. [IF APPLICABLE: THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED BELOW.]
This agreement is between you and Hyper IT or one of its affiliates. All references to "Hyper IT," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Hyper IT, 8406 Archer Ave, Willow Springs, IL 60480.
DEFINITIONS
"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

SMS Campaign Terms and Conditions Additional Details
1. Introduction
By opting into our HIT Tech SMS campaign, you agree to receive text messages from a Hyper IT technician regarding your service call. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the SMS campaign.
2. Types of Messages
You will be receiving messages that relate to your service call/service ticket that you have open with Hyper IT. You can expect these messages to be related to the status of your ticket or the status of a technician's visit.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies but all messages will be related to your open service request with Hyper IT.
4. Consent to Receive Messages
By subscribing to our SMS service, you consent to receive text messages from your Hyper IT technician. These messages will be sent on a one-on-one basis and will not be automated or reoccurring.
5. Opt-Out and Support
You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP". You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. For assistance, text "HELP" to contact our support team at info@hyper-it.com.
6. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier’s plan. Check with your carrier for details.
7. Privacy and Data Security
